You may return the purchased item within 30 days from the date of delivery if the product is not damaged, is in the original packaging and shows no signs of use or installation.  The original item must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, please make sure the item is packaged well to prevent damage in transit. If it has clear signs the product has been used, there are parts missing or if the item is damaged, we may decline your exchange.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (which will be deducted from the refund).  Please contact us at  [email protected] to receive further information on how to return your purchase.

The customer may return the purchased item within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product is not damaged, is in the original packaging and shows no signs of use or installation. We’re not accepting returns of goods made on customer specification (eg. different sizes or colours). We’re not refunding extra shippings costs, eg. express delivery.
