The T56 trans from the VT, VU, VX, VY and VZ is a massively popular swap into a range of cars. Not only behind the mighty LS1 & LS2, but also the equally legendary 1JZ, 2JZ, RB25, 1UZ, Ford V8, Chevy V8 and many more!
Now you can match one of the best transmissions in the business with the ultimate T56 short throw shifter. Features include
NOTE 1 – Shifter lever needs to be purchased separately. Photo 2 shows optional CUBE shifter lever and gear knob.
NOTE 2 –It is highly recommended to change the shifter cup bushing when installing a new shifter. The factory plastic bushes are often broken or worn and will give a very vague sloppy shift. CUBE Speed have high quality bronze bushes which are incredibly strong and will further improve shift feel.

You may return the purchased item within 30 days from the date of delivery if the product is not damaged, is in the original packaging and shows no signs of use or installation. The original item must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, please make sure the item is packaged well to prevent damage in transit. If it has clear signs the product has been used, there are parts missing or if the item is damaged, we may decline your exchange. The customer may return the purchased item within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product is not damaged, is in the original packaging and shows no signs of use or installation. We’re not accepting returns of goods made on customer specification (eg. different sizes or colours). We’re not refunding extra shippings costs, eg. express delivery. At CUBE we believe in our products 100% which is why we are proud to offer a 12 month guarantee covering manufacturing defects and fitment, including our range of short throw shifters and shifter bushes. In the unlikely event your product fails within this period we will either replace it with a new item or fully refund your purchase price including shipping charges.
Conditions. Product may need to be returned to CUBE Speed at purchasers cost (our discretion), we will not accept returns of products that have been fitted incorrectly, no responsibility accepted for damage caused by products, products must be used for the intended purpose
Strongflex Polyurethane Bushes
The warranty is limited to the products, depending on the purpose: 24 months for yellow (SPORT) and lifetime warranty for red products (excluding use in motorsport), counted from the date of purchase.
Warranty is limited to original purchaser only. Warranty does not cover installation labor and shipping costs. Warranty is limited to replacement of the bush supplied. 2468wdwa12022-08-18Their customer service was amazing, and for my daily driver the short shifter was worth the cost for the quality. However, if you want a short shifter for a track car and aren't made of money I'd go with a cheaper option as I'd hate to ruin something this expensive because I was too aggressive with it, not that it's fragile at all I'm just a big guy and I have unintentionally broken things that should've been fine. Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase, and it even arrived 4 days early despite shipping internationally!
